I am twenty-something stay at home mom with a passion. Many passions actually, but the one this blog focuses on is everything related to home making, caring for our babies, making delicious meals, saving money, etc. My goal with this blog is to add value to you and your family. EMMA’S story
Raised in rural Oklahoma, but living in the suburbs I have long wished to get back to my roots. In an attempt to get back to simpler times, some years ago I started making my own soap and household cleaners. One thing led to another, I began cooking from scratch, baking sourdough every week, using reusable tissues, paper towels, the list goes on. I love doing things the handmade way. My little came along and complicated things a bit, but motherhood has only strengthened my conviction to do things holistically, healthfully, and with joy.
I hope to share some of the things I’ve learned and learn even more alongside you. Doing things in an older, simpler, more holistic way.
